Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and public U.S. holidays. We strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your order at any time by logging into your account.
Please note that some items, particularly those that are made to order or handcrafted, may require additional time for production. The estimated processing time for each product is available in its description.
When your item is dispatched, we will send you an email with your tracking information, including a tracking number and a link to track your parcel. You can also track your order at any time from the 'Order History' section in your account.
Please note that if your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages. The delivery windows provided are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary depending on the carrier's workload.

All orders will receive a confirmation message upon placement and another notification when they are ready to ship. Please check your spam folder if you do not see these emails.
Please ensure that all submitted information is accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete details such as name, shipping or billing addresses, zip code, phone number, or other missing information that may result in failed delivery.
Due to the popularity of certain items, delivery delays may occasionally occur. If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of the original purchase date, please contact our support team for a refund. This policy does not apply to errors made by customers when providing shipping details or missed parcel deliveries.
Mibblo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please report it to the respective shipping carrier. For further assistance, please reach out to our customer support team.
International Shipping
Mibblo is not responsible for the payment of Customs or VAT fees. These fees vary by country and cannot be calculated in advance. By placing an order, you agree and acknowledge that you will be responsible for any Customs and VAT fees incurred.
We offer international shipping for select products, with shipping charges varying based on location. The shipping cost for international orders can be viewed on the checkout page.
Please note that customs duties and fees are not included in the shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery, if applicable.
We begin processing your order immediately upon submission, making changes or cancellations unlikely. Changes can only be made to orders that have not yet been processed for shipping. Once an order has been dispatched, unfortunately, we are unable to modify it.
If you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us promptly. While we cannot guarantee address changes after fulfillment, we recommend contacting the delivery service (such as USPS or UPS) directly to inquire about rerouting options.
