How to Request a Return?

Returns policy

At Mibblo, would like you to be happy with the purchases that you make, we consider extremely important that all our customers enjoy the products and look forward to doing business with us again.

If something is wrong, please email us and we will make it right. Placing an order means that you agree with all of the terms below.

30-Day Warranty

While we do our best to make sure that the quality of the products we deliver is unsurpassed, if something about our products does not meet your expectations, we will always go the extra mile to ensure your satisfaction.

We accept refunds on products within 30 days of the purchase date.

Eligibility

Our custom printed products are one-of-a-kind, so we only accept replacements / refunds if there is a major issue with your item like:

  • Product arrived broken or damaged to the fault of our factory or the carrier
  • Is not the design or size that you ordered.
  • Is different than what was described or shown in website.

Please note we are not responsible if you send us poor quality pictures or if you spelled the custom name wrong. Please check our example in the custom box before you order. Thank you for your time.

The pictures of the item might look different than the actual item. This is because of the way the picture was taken or how the monitor displays colors. So, the actual item might look up to 20% different than advertised images.

Defective products

If you get a defective product, please email us at support@mibblo.com or fill out our contact form including the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Photo / Video of the defective product

Refunds

Will take 2-5 business days to clear your refund. Depending on your financial institution, the refund amount may take up to 10 business days to post to your account.

Please note we can only refund via the same method of payment on your order. If you no longer have that card, you bank will release the funds to the account that this card was linked to.

One-year limited warranty

After a one-month period, if your product breaks down due to extended wear and tear within the first year of use, we'll be happy to send you out an equivalent replacement so that your time with us stays worry-free.

* Please note warranty policy is applicable only once per order.

Cancelation and modification

Looking to make a change or even cancel your order? simply contact our support team within two hours of purchase, including the specified details and we'll take it from there. Please note your order can only be cancelled or modified within two hours of placing - after that, it's locked in and ready to go.

Unfortunately, if your order has been dispatched, we will not be able to accept any edits to your order. If you have made an error in your address, please email us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee the change in address if the order is already fulfilled and processed to ship.

Wrong address

Please ensure all submitted data is correct upon placing your order - we are not responsible for wrong/incomplete data such as name, shipping or billing addresses, zip code, phone number, among other missing information that may result in a failed delivery.

What is your returns policy?

As long as item(s) are still in their original condition, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. Please see the below for any exceptions to this rule:

  • Item(s) must be in original, unused condition to be eligible for a refund.
  • Item(s) marked as 'Final Sale' are not eligible for returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credit. These items will be marked 'Final Sale' on the product page and will be clearly visible at checkout.
  • Item(s) must be returned inside their original packaging. Furthermore, they must be packaged in the same suitable manner in which they were received.
  • Item(s) must be returned to the correct seller to be eligible for a refund.
  • Personalized items can't be returned.

Due to hygienic reasons some products cannot be returned, such as face masks and coverings, underwear, swimwear, earrings, gloves, food/drink items. Refunds do not include any shipping costs paid on your original order, if applicable.

How do I return an item?

To return your item(s), simply contact our support team within 30 natural days of the purchase date and and will send the return information for your order promptly.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

We aim to process your refund promptly, typically within 5-10 business days upon receiving your returned gear at our returns center. You will receive an email notification once your return has been verified and inspected. Please note that refunds are issued via the original payment method used for the order.

Depending on your bank, credit card refunds may take 3-5 business days to process after approval, while PayPal refunds are typically credited within 24 hours of processing.

Can I exchange my order?

If you want to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return your current order and order a new one with the size or color you prefer. If the item is out of stock, we can help you return your order and get a refund.

I received a defective or incorrect item. What do I do?

We are sorry to hear that you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item in your order. Please let our support team know as soon as you can with your order number and a picture of the problem — we'll make it right.

Please send us the following info:

  • Your order number
  • Item name
  • Photo that show the fault as clearly as possible
